Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on Patterson Ranch
housing development proposal
June 2010:
Draft EIR
presented to City staff. Citizens and groups can
give
comments within a 45-day period. An amendment to the draft EIR is written in response to comments with a 10-day
comment period prior to issuance of final EIR.
After the final EIR
issued, the City Council will vote on the Patterson
Ranch proposal, whether to grant approval (with a
timeline to build of up to 20 years) as the project
is presented or another alternative.
Comments on the Draft EIR can be submitted the City of
Fremont Planning Division by August 2, 2010, 4 p.m.
Comments may be submitted in person, via mail, via email
